Ōyamakui (オオヤマクイ Ōyamakui ) is the Crimson Lord who is bound to Yamabe. His true name is "Carving of Exorcism" (祛邪の刻屈 Kyoja no Kokkutsu ). He expresses his will through the single-pronged Vajra-shaped Vessel named Shinkui.

- Ōyamakui is the name of a Japanese mountain god.
- His Vessel, Shinkui (身口意), is the Buddhist term meaning "action, speech, and thought" respectively.
- Ōyamakui, along with Ōnamuchi, are enshrined gods in Hiyoshi Taisha , a Shinto shrine located in Ōtsu, Shiga, Japan. In the story, they are both Crimson Lords, with Ōyamakui making a contract with Yamabe.
