Ninurta (ニヌルタ Ninuruta?) is one of the Nine Eternal Divine Scales, the nine great Crimson Lords gathered under the name of Töten Glocke, the organization led by "Weaver of Coffins" Asiz. He served his master under the position of the middle line's commander-in-chief.

Ninurta takes the appearance of a giant orb with weapons pierced all over. Inside the orb is a pale, black-colored, and snow-like flame.

He has a very calm personality. He is also a stern and honest commander who takes fairness to be the most important thing above anything else.

He is the sixth to join the Nine Eternal Divine Scales after Illuyanka, Jarri, Ullikummi, Molech and Huwawa respectively.

During the war to take Nachtigall, an important instrument for the "Grand Scheme", Ninurta stays behind to secure the way for the retreating army. He confronted Mathilde Saint-Omer, who eventually kills him after a short battle. Töten Glocke succeeds in taking the Nachtigall, but they had lost another member of the Nine Eternal Divine Scales as a price.

He was the second member of Nine Eternal Divine Scales to perish in the Great War, next to Huwawa who was killed by Mathilde at the battle at the Osterode, where the City Devourer occured.

As Sokar has the opposite personality of his, they always argue which leads to the intervention of Molech, Merihim or even Asiz himself.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

His ability is to control the air (or ice, as seen in Eternal Song) and weapons on his body which he could use freely. Not much of his power is explained since he perished before the start of the tenth light novel volume and only a short flashback of him is shown in Eternal Song.

  • (To Asiz when joining him): "What I want is just an arm that will swing me."[1]

  • Ninurta is the name of a god in the Akkadian and Sumerian mythologies.[2]
