Shakugan no Shana

Yashichirō Takahashi (高橋 弥七郎 Takahashi Yashichirō?) is the author of the Shakugan no Shana light novels and, overall, the creator of the franchise. His has written two other series for Dengeki Bunko, A/B Extreme, which received an Honorable mention in the 8th Dengeki Novel Prize, and Kanae no Hoshi, which he started after the conclusion of Shakugan no Shana. He is a fan of tokusatsu hero TV shows, and in most of his works, he includes references to the 1996 tokusatsu show, Choukou Senshi Changéríon.
